PDP suspends Osun college council chairman (PETER BABALOLA) for anti-party activities  The Peoples Democratic Party in Ward 7, Irewole Local Hovernment Area of Osun State, on Tuesday, suspended the chairman, Governing Council of Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun, Mr Peter Babalola. Babalola, an indigene of Ikire, had previously served as the Chief of Staff to ex-governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola and later served in the cabinet of ex-governor Rauf Aregbesola as the chairman, Local Government Service Commission. The letter suspending Babalola signed by 17-member ward executives of Irewole Ward 7, dated Tuesday, August 27, was addressed to Osun State PDP chairman, Sunday Bisi.   Tinubu to remove Ganduje as APC chairman, offer him another appointment President Bola Tinubu is reportedly planning to appoint the national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje as an ambassador for any African country.
