I, Hon Abimbola Taofeek Ajilesoro felicitate with my Daddy, Major R.A.Towobola, aka Major Rat on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary. I wish Baba God’s blessings as he continues taking elderly steps in life. 


Today, I join your family, friends, political associates and all Nigerians to congratulate you on the occasion of your 70th birthday anniversary.


You have been a record of steadfast service to our nation in different capacities; having served as a military officer, and by the special grace of God, you are one of the pillars upon which our great political party, Peoples Democratic Party PDP rely on in Osun state. 


Daddy, I celebrate you sir, on behalf of the good people of Ife Federal Constituency. I pray that God keeps you in perfect health and grants you the wisdom and strength with other leaders in the party to continue to steer the ship of our party to more enviable and loftier heights of peace and prosperity for all. Amen.

  BREAKING NEWS LG Poll: Osun Govt Vindicated as APC Withdraws Reinstatement /No-Vacancy Suit at Federal High Court Amidst Supreme Court ruling on local government election, Osun state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has hurriedly filed a notice of discontinuance on its case seeking declaration that there is no vacancy at the local government level and a reinstatement of its Yes/No Chairmen. The case filed before the local government election sought a declaration and an order that there is no vacancy and so local government elections should not be held in Osun state. The case was ongoing when the Supreme Court ruled that the Rivers state local government election was illegally conducted and therefore null and void.
