They met with local government caretaker chairmen including area office chairman from Ife zone.

He underscored the need to end internal divisions, with a focus on Ile-Ife, and the importance of supporting Governor Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke's five-point agenda.

He also highlighted the need for orderliness within the party, with an eye on the 2026 elections. Jimi-Bada urged PDP members to listen to the people and find ways to improve the lives of their communities through democratic dividends.

The Commissioner acknowledged the council chairmen's contributions and their role in unifying the party in their respective areas. He called on them to continue their excellent work for the benefit of the people and the party's unity.

Jimi-Bada expressed concern about the state of the councils, attributing it to the previous administration's negligence. He pledged the state government's commitment to transforming the third tier of government.

Local government chairmen, including Hon. Rotimi Adeyenuwo, Hon. Folohunso Ayobami, Hon. Olalekan Ijiwoye, Hon. Prince Aruna Odunyemi, and Hon.
