Government Paid Withheld JUSUN Salary On Humanitarian Ground - OSUN ATTORNEY GENERAL INSIST.

My attention has been drawn to a baby seater's claims of one Musefiu Kolawole making some world attempts at the person of Hon Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General of Osun State, Barrister Jimi Bada over some indecencies of the past and gross miscarriage of justice being corrected by the administration of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
A non-entity like Musefiu, though, not deserving of our attention he craved, but for the sake of unsuspecting members of the public.
First, the Honourable Commissioner has been giving proper legal advice as applicable in relevant government undertakings since assuming office some months ago. There was never a time the PDP government of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke has been misled by the AG.
The Honorable Commissioner and Attorney General of Osun State was NOT served nor in possession of any court order over issues relating to the Chief Judge, Justice Adepele-Ojo at the time in the context of Musefiu's calms. It is therefore incorrect for him or his creepy lords to insinuate that the AG flouted a court order on the matter.
To begin with, the executive arm of government has nothing to do with the issue between the CJ and the House of Assembly or any other person or association. The House of Assembly acted based on the Petitions that they received from people and associations and predicated their power to look into the said petition under Section 128 of the Constitution.
After the first resolution of the House of Assembly, the Governor, Through the Deputy Governor, forwarded the said resolution to the NJC through a forwarding letter, which sought the view of the CJN.
Musefiu and his dunce masters should know that no petition was addressed to the Governor and the Governor has not been involved in the quagmire of the CJ as he cannot in any way gag the Speaker and honourable members of the House of Assembly from performing their constitutional roles.
The office of the Attorney General has not made any press statement in respect of the instant case either.
The executive government has no role to play in the instant to warrant any form of advice from the Attorney General.
Only sworn enemies of Osun State had decided to discredit the Attorney General unnecessarily for obvious reasons of their awkward misdemeanours.
Contrary to the misstatements of Musefiu, under petitions sent to the Judicial Service Commission, the AG had declined several requests by the members to take certain decisions while the CJ was absent. Many of these requests had to be subjected to voting with the AG dissenting on all grounds of request, including demand for an emergency meeting of JSC to address salient issues bordering on the welfare of judges, renovation of courts and course, a barrage of petitions received. The Attorney General had opined on such occasions that some of the matters could not be discussed in finality without the input of the CJ. However, the mob mentality of the likes of Musefiu and his Sponsor would not understand the noble actions of the AG as his paymasters won't educate him appropriately before the self-destruct errand.
For the sale of emphatic clarity, no report was sent to the House of Assembly or NJC by the Judicial Service Commission. The Attorney General did not sign any report at all either.
Again, it is inadequate and absurd to suggest that the Hon AG misled the government over the payment of withheld salaries of some members of staff of Osun State Judiciary. The Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke paid nearly 4years of withheld salaries by the CJ on compassionate grounds, as allegations levelled against the affected workers have not been substantiated. This much was arrived at through a valid court pronouncement exonerating the workers as presented by them. Unless and of course Musefiu and his Sponsor see the CJ as bigger than the court which cleared the said workers of wrongdoing.
The state government had to act on compassionate grounds as the affected workers were almost losing it completely due to the unexplained withholding of their lawful benefits. If the NJC could sit and dispense their findings on a whole high court judge, it beats any human imagination for any panel set up, not to make their findings known to the affected workers after almost 4years. It is considered inhumane to subject the helpless workers to unending floating in hunger, with their families in disarray. Not when the workers have been cleared of wrongdoing by a competent court.
Assuming without conceding, that the workers have been nailed with a prima facie case, why would a reasonable head of government arm continue to punish the workers with endless guesses of their fate for such several years? That to us, has betrayed all known natural cause of justice and is unbecoming of anyone who is merely privileged to be in a position of authority over other mortals.
It is worth mentioning that the affected staff were suspended for 57 and 46 Months respectively after they were tried before ICPC and Magistrate Court and were exculpated. Their suspension has yet to be lifted to date.
The other staff members that were involved in the Ganishee saga involving Justice Falola were already dismissed from service of the Judiciary. Musefiu should therefore confirm his information before writing.
On the Iree Polytechnic Rector issue, Musefiu and his tutors should be told that the Rector had been suspended from office and invited to appear before a panel set up before he approached the National Industrial Court. The interim order procured was to the effect that STATUS Quo should be maintained. The Status quo, as of when he went to Court was that he'd been suspended from office pending investigation, this was also interpreted by the National Industrial Court. The said interim Order had been vacated since the 3rd of October, 2023.
