Osun State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Oluwole Jimi-Bada, took a bold step yesterday, October 14, 2024, filing a joint originating summons at the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He, alongside other states, is challenging the constitutionality of the National Lottery Act 2005, its provisions, and operations.
