Strengthening Community Bonds: IFETEDO 2024 DAY Celebration with Jimi-Bada Vanguards




The serene town of Ifetedo in Ife South Local Government Area came to life and witnessed a historic moment on Saturday, December 7, 2024, as it hosted the highly anticipated Ifetedo 2024 Day Celebration. This landmark event was graced and elevated by the distinguished presence of the Osun State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Oluwole Jimi-Bada, who was accompanied alongside the executive members of his renowned socio-political group, the Jimi-Bada Vanguards (JBV).


The celebration, which brought together dignitaries, cultural enthusiasts, and community members, showcased the vibrant heritage and unity of the Ifetedo people. Addressing the jubilant crowd, the Oyato Commissioner lauded the organizers for their dedication to preserving cultural values while fostering unity and development. He reiterated his commitment to the growth and progress of Ifetedo, the larger Ife Land, and general Osun State.


“The Ifetedo Day Celebration is a symbol of our unity, culture, and shared aspirations,” he noted. “It is a time to reflect on our achievements and strategize for a brighter future. I am proud to be part of this remarkable event and will continue to support initiatives that promote growth and prosperity in our community.”


The JBV executives brought energy to the festivities, connecting with the community to spotlight the remarkable strides of the PDP-led government under the visionary leadership of Asiwaju Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke. They passionately urged support for PDP candidates in future elections to keep the momentum of progress alive at the grassroots. Their presence was a bold statement of their dedication to driving development where it matters most.
