 WOLE OKE'S APC PIPE DREAM: OSUN PEOPLE KNOW PDP'S ACHIEVEMENTS

 A Comprehensive Rebuttal to Wole Oke's Baseless Claims and an Affirmation of Governor Adeleke's Exceptional Leadership. 




The recent claim by Hon. Wole Oke that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the 2026 governorship election in Osun State "cleanly and clearly" is nothing but a pipe dream, a mere fantasy devoid of substance and credibility. Coming from a politician who has jumped ship from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC in search of an automatic ticket, his assertion lacks the gravitas and authenticity that only a proven track record can provide.


Under the visionary leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke, the PDP government has consistently demonstrated good governance to the people of Osun State, delivering on its promises and significantly improving the lives of citizens. The government has shown a remarkable commitment to developing infrastructure, providing essential social amenities, and driving progress in the state, thereby cementing its reputation as a beacon of hope and development.


It's worth noting that Hon. Wole Oke's decision to join the APC is unlikely to yield the desired results, given the fate of other notable politicians who defected from the PDP to the APC in the past. Politicians like Dotun Babayemi and others who defected with high hopes have largely faded from the political scene, their influence and relevance diminished by their failure to connect with the people and deliver on their promises. Their defection has not translated to electoral success or political relevance, and it's unlikely that Hon. Wole Oke's decision will be any different.


The people of Osun State are not ready to go back to the darkness of APC governance, which is characterized by poor leadership, mismanagement of resources, and a lack of vision for the future. Under Governor Adeleke's leadership, the PDP government has shown that it is committed to the welfare of its citizens, and the people will not easily forget the good governance they have experienced. The PDP's achievements in Osun State are a testament to the party's commitment to the people and its ability to deliver on its promises.


In 2026, the people of Osun State will have the opportunity to decide who they want to lead them. Given the PDP's track record of delivering on its promises and the APC's history of failed governance, it's clear that Governor Ademola Adeleke's administration deserves another term. The APC's claims of winning the election are nothing but empty boasts, given the PDP's achievements and the people's perception of good governance.


In conclusion, the achievements of Governor Ademola Adeleke's administration speak for themselves. The PDP government has demonstrated good governance, delivered on its promises, and improved the lives of citizens. The people of Osun State will not easily forget the good governance they have experienced, and they will surely reject the APC's attempts to return to power. As the people of Osun State look to the future, it's clear that the PDP, under Governor Adeleke's leadership, is the best choice to continue driving progress and development in the state.
